The question asked on phone interview wasn’t a hard one. Consider medium leet code question. The problem was with the interviewer. I started coding in JavaScript and I guess he did not understand my solution. I wasn’t given any hints. And got to the solution and continued with the next question asked about concurrency which I answered as well. Everything was completed exactly in one hour along with talking about my current job and asking questions in the end. And on a weekend evening I receive a generic reject email with no feedback. Complete waste of time. Their culture might be to just hire new grads who just brag about themselves.
Had the OA which was 4 questions. The interesting part was that each question had a separate time limit, rather than the typical 1 hour total for all 4 questions.

Question 1
First question was some basic string manipulation.
Don't remember the 2nd question.
3rd was some implementation stuff.
4th is algorithmic.
Regular interview process with technical screen then three rounds coding, system design, and project deep dive. Questions are average difficulty on leetcode, would definitely prepare for both coding and system design.

Question 1
don't remember exactly the question but graph related?
The recruiter said I passed all the interviews, takes me to HM round, says I did great and then tells me can't push out an offer quickly so would keep me under consideration for 6-8 months, like wtf?
