TL/DR: The interview process is fine and normal until after the on-site interview. Believe the reviews before this; they say 1 week, they don't respond for over a month (assuming you don't get the offer). Which is very disrespectful to any candidate.
The beginning is good, Robinhood recruiters are energetic, nice, and very helpful. They are transparent with next steps and get you into a phone interview for your business group. After the phone interview you move onto the onsite interview. The onsite is about 5-6, 50 minute interviews with a mixture of relevant or semi-relevant stakeholders. After you're done they tell you they will reach out to you in a week (not true) and then you spend the next month wondering how a company of 200-300 people cannot manage to communicate with their candidates, very unprofessional.
What was good? The initial recruiter, the phone interview, the recruiting coordinator, the on-site overall was pleasant.
What was bad? I was assigned a "lead recruiter" that I only heard from once and obviously did not care about making this process a good one. The interview questions were loosely related to the role but not really, I never had the opportunity to really discuss the impact I could make as much as answer questions of how it may affect those other business roles. By lunch time I started wondering if I would ever be asked about the actual role. Of course the worst part of it all is if you don't get the position, they ghost you. What a way to leave a lasting impression.
