I applied online. I interviewed at Robinhood (Menlo Park, CA)
Interview
I went through the entire process and had a very similar experience to some of these recent reviews. Overall, the process was straight forward. Initial phone screen, technical phone screen, onsite, and talk with the hiring manager. The experience was pretty good until after the last interview. I was assigned a "lead recruiter" before the on-site who was communicative until after the last interview. This recruiter then went silent for the most part. Emails and calls were completely unanswered. Still have yet to hear anything back and its been 8+ weeks. Understandable after the first round or two, but felt diminishing after going through the entire interview process and dedicating so much time towards this company and process.
Had the OA which was 4 questions. The interesting part was that each question had a separate time limit, rather than the typical 1 hour total for all 4 questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
First question was some basic string manipulation.
Don't remember the 2nd question.
3rd was some implementation stuff.
4th is algorithmic.
Regular interview process with technical screen then three rounds coding, system design, and project deep dive. Questions are average difficulty on leetcode, would definitely prepare for both coding and system design.

Question 1
don't remember exactly the question but graph related?
The recruiter said I passed all the interviews, takes me to HM round, says I did great and then tells me can't push out an offer quickly so would keep me under consideration for 6-8 months, like wtf?
