I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robinhood (Menlo Park, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Call with 2 recruiters, Call with Hiring Manager/Director and Onsite with bunch of random people who had no clue what they were doing (most of them if not all). I left with a pretty bad taste in my mouth as most of the people that I met were outright incompetent for the jobs they were doing.
