      Customer Experience Analyst Interview

      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robinhood

      Interview

The interview was for Voice of Customer Analyst. I applied on a Saturday and received an invitation on Monday. The first call was an HR call where the HR guy asked me pretty basic questions about my Resume and Past experience. This was followed by a second interview round with the hiring manager. This round was a little technical, but barely covered even the basics. The hiring manager seemed a little awkward and maybe border line rude. The questions were pretty basic and I could answer them all. Shortly after a few days of silence, I received an automated rejection email stating that they cant explain the reason for the rejection.
