I applied online and got an email back the next day requesting a phone interview. The recruiter who screened me was fantastic! She gave me a great understanding of the role and the company. The next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager the following week. The initial recruiter prepped me with specific details of what he would be asking which was tremendously helpful. The interview with the hiring manager was also fantastic and he asked really good questions. I felt he really listened and tried to get the best answers from me. Even though I didn't get an offer, it was such a pleasant experience!
