I had an exceptional experience throughout the entire hiring process at Robinhood. The recruiter provided helpful and insightful information to help me prepare for the interviews. I felt like Robinhood was interested in me as a human being far and foremost (unlike some other large tech companies I happened to interview for). The interviewers were very friendly and asked a lot of behavioral questions to ensure I am a good fit for the team and the company overall. The interview process included a screening call with a recruiter, an interview with a hiring manager followed by a 5 interviews with the team and 2 followup interviews. I got the outcome 10 days after the interview.
