Applied online. Got a call back and was given a online data science test.
Questions were on modeling, SQL and probability. One of the SQL question had an clear error. The test was conducted by a 3rd party company. Anyways I felt I did good enough to receive at least a phone screen with the HM.
The recruiter ghosted, so I followed up, eventually to hear that I "wasn't a good fit". I asked for feedback since I spent over 3 hours of my life doing free labor, she said company has a "no-feedback" policy so they can't share anything. A *COMPLETE* waste of time, without even knowing a good reason why I was rejected.
I agree with the bad experience listed here by others probably not the best place to do data science at the moment.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Robinhood (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Without any contact or phone interview, they send a code signal challenge through email. It seems like they didn't even check the applications before sending a take-home challenge. Because I responded quite well to all the questions and went extra mile for answering them.
I suggest not wasting time responding to their take-home challenge.
