Usual interview process, and very well organized, with the recruiter keeping me engaged via email frequently. Started with a phone screen, then a hiring manager interview, peer interview, director interview. This was during COVID so it's obvious they did it this way because on site interviews over Zoom are a logistical mess. They screened well for the qualifications on the job description and put your head to work with the questions. However, it's obvious they value culture fit very highly, with at least 1/3 of all interviews for small talk to get to know me or let me ask questions of them. They also offer to set up calls with cultural ambassadors to better understand the culture overall or their D&I initiatives.
