Whole process from applying to job offer took about 3 weeks. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. The interviewing managers were down to earth and clearly enjoy working for Robinhood.
Very conversational and laidback interview process. One recruiter screening call and then two half hour back to back final interviews with each panelist. Interviewers try their best to make you feel comfortable and talk to you like a peer.

Overall normal interviews. First one with Recruiter that took barely any time.. behavioral questions. Next was hour long interview with hiring manager and was more questions related to the job, so like how I deal with customers.
