Interview
The interview process was straightforward, smooth and organized.
First part consisted of an initial half hour phone call with a wonderful recruiter, Whitney Howard. She was thorough, detailed and helpful. She was responsive, thoughtful and kind and had a deep understanding of the role.
After that round was another half hour with the hiring manager that was arranged and scheduled by another amazing recruiter, Amanda Do.
The last round consisted of panel style interview with multiple people for about 45 minutes each asking behavioral questions.
The recruiters kept in contact with me throughout the process so that I knew exactly what was happening when.
