I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robinhood in Nov 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out in Linkedin and talked about the opportunities and arranged a phone screen. The phone screen was conducted by Karact and it contains some system design questions related to load balancing rules, google doc designs and eventual consistency VS strong consistency. Then you will do a coding question, required to finish it within 30 minutes but it requires time for question reading.
Few days later, got update from recruiter and moved on to VO. VO contains 3 rounds, system design, bq and coding question.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The coding question focused more on the business logic of their platform and also the questions are very long and time is tight and they require you to finish it within limited time giving the best answer. The interviewers are all new joined within 6 months and not sure why it is the situation. It gives me the feeling that I behave fair but actually didn't meet their expectations.
Had the OA which was 4 questions. The interesting part was that each question had a separate time limit, rather than the typical 1 hour total for all 4 questions.

Question 1
First question was some basic string manipulation.
Don't remember the 2nd question.
3rd was some implementation stuff.
4th is algorithmic.
Regular interview process with technical screen then three rounds coding, system design, and project deep dive. Questions are average difficulty on leetcode, would definitely prepare for both coding and system design.

Question 1
don't remember exactly the question but graph related?
The recruiter said I passed all the interviews, takes me to HM round, says I did great and then tells me can't push out an offer quickly so would keep me under consideration for 6-8 months, like wtf?
