I had an incredibly positive experience interviewing with Robinhood. The process took three weeks from submitting my initial application to receiving an offer. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, and everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as opposed to just my resume.

Recruiters slightly slow to respond, but when they do, they are very nice and detailed in their responses. Interviewers were pretty nice, questions were mostly behavioral for my position + a project.
I received invitation to interview a month after my resume drop. I got a karat video code question with a follow up. Then I received rejection just in 10 hours.
