I have been a Robinhood user since the platform first came out. Earlier this year I applied with a very valuable referral from a current employee. I went through 7 interviews and was essentially told I had the job. Then they had delays due to company announcements but assured me the role was still open. They dragged me along for 2 months to then tell me the role is paused but may be resumed in Q4. Overall it showed me that Robinhood does not respect it's employees.
