My interview experience with Robinhood was extensive, involving over six rounds, including individual and group interviews. The process was notably slow, with considerable delays between each meeting. Despite these delays, the interactions initially suggested a positive outcome, making it seem as though I was likely to secure the position.
However, on the day of my final interview, the company underwent significant workforce reductions. Despite this, they indicated that my application was still being considered. Unfortunately, it took nearly a month after this to receive an update, only to learn that the hiring process had been put on hold indefinitely.
This experience left me feeling uncertain and frustrated, as the prolonged and seemingly promising process ultimately led to an indefinite pause in hiring. The lack of timely communication and the sudden change in the company's circumstances were major drawbacks in the overall interview experience.
