Had to do a case to work through how I would think about a problem, in addition to my portfolio review. First step was a portfolio screen and then asked to walk through a specific example
phone screen with a recruiter, then a portfolio review, and a final behavioral with some of the team last. the job description didnt make level of experience clear, and in the phone screen they just told me that i don’t have the years they were looking for
