Internal recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn, scheduled and completed a screening call, then spoke with hiring manager, all within 2 weeks. After successful call I was invited to their office in Menlo Park to speak with a panel of team members in various functions about 10 days after call with hiring manager. Everything to that point was done very quickly and efficiently. Interviews were completed and I was told (on a Wednesday) that I would get an update by end of following week, after I had completed additional time with their HR staff on a debriefing. Next: Silence. I emailed recruiter week following one they said they'd provide an update, reply was there were delays and I should hear by the following week. Then: Silence, permanently. No explanation, no thank you email, not even the respect of an auto-generated email to indicate the position was filled or pulled, I had to check the careers site intermittently to know that eventually the position was removed. Completely unprofessional, considering it was the recruiters from Robinhood who initiated the conversation in the first place.
