Call w/ Recruiter and scheduled for phone screen. The interview took about an hour of behavioral questions. I thought the questions were plain and I answered them with STAR method and didn't feel anything went wrong. Then I heard back 3 weeks later after inquiring a feedback. The recruiter was very friendly and apologizing for late reply due to his personal issues. But he was able to provide some feedback from the interviewer and that really helped me understand their decision.
