contacted and had a great phone conversation with recruiter. was told I'd meet with hiring manager next, ended up meeting with someone else who would have been a peer. They did not seem interested in the interview at all. there were signs that the decision about me was made before we even started getting into experience. It was a "technical interview" but no tech questions were asked. Seemed to lead with bias out the gate. Followed up with recruiter after and was sent a template type of reply that they would not move forward. I sent in some feedback in hopes they can make process improvements including more training, like unconscious bias training for interviewers which should be mandatory in companies these days.
