Starts first with a HR call with the recruiter, then you speak with the hiring manager, and then take home case study, and then a loop (4 interviews) with various people
I applied online. I interviewed at Robinhood (Luxembourg)
Interview
The interview process involved multiple stages, including discussions with HR and the hiring manager, completion and presentation of a case study, a panel interview, and a final meeting with the CFO.
My interview with the hiring manager was very strange - they told me that the role which I had applied for was filled, and that they would interview me for a different role. I was not qualified for that role (which is why I did not apply to it) and the interviewer ran it more like an interrogation. It was a disappointing experience and felt like a waste of time for us both. Not sure why they didn't close the req when it was filled.
