Interview
Easily one of the best experiences I've ever had with a company. The recruiters are extremely pleasant and on-task, professional yet personable. Some of the interviewers are less prepared than others, but overall mostly good things to say about the recruiting process. I will definitely recommend experienced Product Managers to interview with Robinhood.
I will say the interview questions are relatively simple, but they gauge your performance based on the way you structure and answer your questions. But like any other interview there is an element of luck involved as well, since its just a group of folks sitting in a room deciding if you're the person for the job or not.
