Robinhood Software Engineer interview questions

A junior level swe position . Phone screen + on site interviews Mostly algo / coding questions. One system design question about a scheduling system. HR was friendly but they refused offer negotiation even if I had a competitive offer

Submitted resume online, recruiter reached out in a day but asked all their questions over e-mail rather (vs scheduling a call). I thought sure, this seemed more efficient. Was then redirected to schedule a tech screen through Karat. Tech screen consisted of a few sys design scenarios and 2 coding rounds with a 3rd party interviewer. I didn't do so well with the former type questions. Didn't speak in person to a single employee from Robinhood.
