I applied and received a google form shortly after to fill in. After filling in the form I waited for about four months before being rejected. I got multiple emails asking me to wait because Roblox was overwhelmed with applications. I completely understand, however, this entire time the application was still open. If they received so many applications I would have preferred they close the application and deal with their existing applicants.
1 round back to back interviews- Behavioral questions + Whiteboard design challenges with managers. Total 2 hours. Behavioral questions focus on leadership, innovation and overcoming challenge. and white board challenge is very flexible.

Question 1
Tell me about your projects and your leadership experiences
Recruiter reached out to me around 2-3 months after I applied. I had a final round (1 hour white boarding challenge & 1 hour behavioral) scheduled in around 3 weeks. The person I interviewed with for the white boarding challenge was nice and guided me throughout the process. The behavioral round was awful though - the interviewer seemed uninterested, didn't react to anything I was saying, and didn't really seem enthusiastic about the company either. It was also weird because he didn't even ask about my interest in the company, and I had to answer around 5 questions solely based on failures I had to overcome.

What do you consider your biggest failure in life? Was there a time you failed as a leader? Was there a design project you worked on that didn't work out?
