Very pleasant and respectful interviewers. Given this was a senior position, we were discussing design, general engineering, and cultural fit. One of the interviewers was really engaged and pulled the best answers from me. Most others did not put much effort in, and that was also reflected in the quality of my answers. They generally gave the impression of being slightly disorganized and wanting to extract a bit of design suggestions from me (e.g., they are embarking on something new and quite challenging). The main issue I have is that they didn't follow up with me after interviewing. And this was after they had actively recruited me for 5 months. Not professional. In general, I came away thinking this might be an interesting and fun place to work, but that it is chaotic and disorganized.
Took an OA. Pretty difficult leetcode style questions and some games (Roblox games and psychology based games to determine personality traits). I did not get through the initial online assessment.
One standard hr phone call then one 60 min phone screen. Nothing out of the ordinary. Phone screen was done on codesignal where you could see code compile and run
Interview consisted of two leetcode style questions and two "games" that tested problem solving and optimization. Coding questions were of medium/hard difficulty. The games were difficult as the instructions given were terrible and unintuitive.
