Extremely bad experience with the recruiter ghosting and reaching back out only to ghost the second time. The recruiter reached out to me in early Feb on multiple roles on QA Coordinator on the console team. The interview was set during the times of the layoffs, so very difficult time. The recruiter knew this and promised to take the things fast. The first interview was set within a week, the interview went great and was mostly experience, resume and behavioral based questions. However, after the interview the interviewer ghosted me for a month. Later on multiple follow ups, the recruiter did reach out back in mid March saying I was not considered for the role due to the lack of console QA experience however another team liked my profile and was interested in talking. The recruiter set another round, this time on the communications team. The interview was similar in nature as the first round and went well. The recruiter again ghosted me - I tried to follow up in April and May, no response from the recruiter. All this while the roles are still open. All it required for the recruiter to inform about the selection, but the recruiters at Roblox couldn't do that.
