Roche Applications Engineer interview questions

I was approached by a recruiter who was interested in my joining the team. After initial correspondence via. email, we had a skype call where we talked about the role and requred skills etc. Overall a good experience. A few weeks later an interview with the hiring manager was scheduled. For reasons I do not know, there was a lot of excessive digging into my past experiences with working in teams during the interview. My motivations to join the team in a different geographical location was questioned as well. This was regardless of me clearly being uncomfortable with answering the questions as well as expressing my discomfort explicitly. Overall this part of the interview seemed more like an interrogation.
