First step in the process was a one-way video interview focusing on behavioural questions and a coding assessment focusing on SDTM and ADaM datasets. The second step in the process was a panel interview with the team. They asked mostly behavioural questions, and some communications based questions. The whole process took about 2 months. They did not follow-up after the interview, and did not send a rejection.
