The meeting was very friendly and I never felt to be forced into an answer.

Just first round, was a recording of questions. There were 5 questions. You had to record the answers . You are given 2 mins before recording the answers and then you need to record it for 5 mins

The process is very quick, it consists of only two steps, first step was record based, second one was with peers, no interview with the hiring manager. No feedback provided at the end until I asked.
