I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Roche
Interview
Went smoothly, went through three separate interviews done remotely. They asked very technical questions related to the position. Was shown evaluations of various analytes and had to describe how to troubleshoot the issue.
Tras un intercambio previo de emails, logramos concretar un día y hora para realizar la sesión de entrevista online, esta fue a través de zoom, fue una entrevista no demasiado extensa ni formal, todo fluyó perfectamente
Caution: They do one-way interviews which is a terrible way of getting to know their candidates and does not provide a two way conversation. The whole point of an interview is to have a conversation, not recording a video of yourself answering them. I understand that they have so many candidates to go through, but a phone screen takes 10-15 mins of your time, which is about the same amount of time as you spend watching a video of candidates awkwardly answering questions. Really? This is how you gauge whether a candidate is worth of even talking to a human? Hard pass. Do better, Roche. This shows you really don’t care for your candidates and you’re missing out on quality candidates because of this horrendous interview practice.
Great and clear All done in the respect of a good hr process First interview with hiring manager and hr Second interview is a task oriented interview All very smooth and enjoyable
