Motivation letter and Videointerview with 3 people, process was easy and fast, they call back after some days, great experience, questions were easy to answer for a entry level student
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more
