I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Roche (Penzberg) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was pretty terrible, probably the worst and most impersonal interview experience I had in my career (for one because there was zero human interaction during the entire process). The interview consisted of 10 interview questions for which you get less than a minute to think about and often also less than a minute to answer and you have to self record the answers. As if that weren’t stressful enough, the user surface was extremely unintuitive and the questions were definitely not of the kind that one could give a meaningful answer to in less than a minute. All in all, the entire process felt pretty dehumanizing and I’d probably rather sell a kidney on the black market for cash before I would consider applying through similar process again.

Question 1
How do you lead, develop and motivate a team in an agile environment? (30 sec to think about an answer and 40 sec for the answer, which was the longest time allowed for an answer).
