The hiring process began with an online application followed up by a group interview. After the group interview it took them 2 months to get back to me and then I got a phone interview. After this interview I had a shadow on the unit and an interview with the nurse manager.

Unfortunately i had to apply multiple times before receiving an interview. However the interview itself went great. My manager had me come in and shadow for two hours. After the intial shadow I met with the nurse manager and the charge nurse. They not only asked me about my work history but questions about me as a person which I appreciated.
