I applied through my career services office for a recruiting event called the Fall Recruiting Consortium (Fall 2017). I was accepted and called for an interview, and I traveled to NYC where they held them in a hotel's business center. The interview was fairly general, with an emphasis on how I decided on my major as well as my research experience (they consider this very important). After the interview process, they hand you a folder with application materials for the 2nd round. I have yet to complete this, but I will update.
