Interview
I first met with one recruiter and the interview went well-she expressed an intention to have me meet with the team next. However, she was co-listed to the job opening with another recruiter. Before I could meet with the team, the other recruiter insisted on having a 30 minute interview with me where she asked almost identical questions. She then said 3 weeks later that they would not be moving forward. It was redundant to have two interviews with recruiters without even giving the hiring manager a chance to review my resume.
