Interview
It's clear after chatting with the team, they are internally a total mess. The role I interviewed for had no hiring manager and only "someone leading the interviews". In the first round (a panel format), the "lead" openly stated they had no experience in the area the role would be focused on. In this "interview", it became apparent they were either looking for someone with a completely different skill-set than what was in the job description or toying with me. Each panelist either flat out questioned if I was even "qualified" for the role or asked questions in areas I had no experience in (assuming they reviewed my resume beforehand). Even in a tough job market, I'd avoid Rocket and spend your valuable time focused on a company that at least pretends to have it together.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself, describe how you'd lead, do you use metrics, etc.
3 rounds including the screener and fairly straight forward. Have an example of your favorite success and also something you failed at and learned from. Very relaxed, nobody wore a suit.
