Did the standard phone interview and in person interview. the phone one went great... the in person did not... but was not sure why.. but as i have been talking to others who have had the same experience.. there seems to be an issue with age. It appears quicken leaders lose interest very quickly when they seem experienced pms that are older then 45/50 years old.
