I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rocket in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied online. They reached back to me within a week to schedule a phone interview. Basic questions, resume go-through etc. Interview lasted 20 mins or so. Within a couple of days, they call me up at 9am in the morning to reject me. Guys, stop calling if you want to reject a candidate, send them an email!
I heard the same scenario with all of my friends who applied to Quicken Loans! They pay around 11$ for interns and they call back everyone who applies. Hence, they nearly rejected everyone I know. I don't know whats the point of calling back each candidate. I think its just a marketing gimmick! So Quicken Loans - No, Thank You!
2 rounds:
- One with the recruiter pretty straight forward. Go into past work expirences. - 1 hour interview with the team you would possibly work with during the internship

Interview
Very standard interview. Two interviewers, asked standard questions like why Rocket. Use STAR format to answer to be successful. Also try to be friendly and be interpersonal if you can.

Interview
Pretty simple, phone screening and then Zoom interview with member of your team and your manager/leader. All behavioral with typical "tell me about yourself" style questions, make sure to research some of the "isms" before hand if you really want to make it look like you're prepared
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What is one time you have worked in a team?
