Pretty short interview, took about 30 minutes. Nothing technical, just walk through your resume, why capital markets, a lot of situation/leadership questions. Total of 2 phone calls, offer shortly after second call.

Tell me about a time when you faced an obstacle in a professional capacity.
Relatively painless process. I got a call and went through two round of interviews before getting an offer. Fairly standard, recruiter was attentive and enthusiastic. Better than the other experiences I've had interviewing for similar positions.
