Contact from Quicken Loans recruiter (who you are assigned to for any and all other applications), one phone interview with team and one face to face interview. A phone call from the recruiter with the results. Interviewed more than once and though feedback was requested (even negative feedback), received none.

Question 1
They were primarily interested in technical skills I possessed and asked about various methodologies and IT tools.
Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.

I received a phone call from the human resources representative and she said she wanted to review my resume with me. I called her back and we scheduled a time to talk. She called me right on time and we spoke for a half an hour.
