Interview
They called and asked if I had a few minutes to speak. I wasn't expecting a call from them so soon (day after I applied) and was not made aware that this was the actual phone interview. The interviewer was kind of condescending. When they asked about my current salary he would not take a range for an answer and made me give him a specific salary.
Multiple phone interviews followed by an in-person interview with three main stakeholders in the position. Followed a typical interview but also included a quiz on how to solve several riddles.
It was a multi-stage interview. First-round was a phone screen with HR, where they try to gauge general interest in Quicken Loans / Detroit. The final round was with multiple people on the team that you would work directly with.

Interview
I received a phone call from the human resources representative and she said she wanted to review my resume with me. I called her back and we scheduled a time to talk. She called me right on time and we spoke for a half an hour.
