Very well organized. The process is efficient and effective. I think that the most important core value that they are looking for is your desire to work. If you are going to complain about long hours or have other obligations, don't even bother. Make sure you do your research about the ISMS and Dan Gilbert. Both are very important to the company and should be important to you as a potential future employee.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
