Interview
They had a Standard 3 tier process, I made it only to step 2 though. They would ask alot of questions related to quicken and their family of companies. Be sure you know all the various businesses that quicken oversees

Basic culture fit questions. Alot about the "isms" of quicken
3-4 rounds of 1:1 interviews - only 30 mins each. They ask a few questions about your experience and maybe have time for one or two of your questions at the end. After the final interview it took over 3 weeks to hear back and all you get is a generic template with no reasoning on why you weren’t selected.

Received my first phone screen within two weeks of applying. Learned about company culture and just discussed Quicken Loans culture. Then a week later got a phone call asking for me to interview with another person. Felt interview went well but did not get any contact within the time frame they provided. Reached out and they finally got back to me saying they had no openings.
