I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was fast. I appreciated that they called me for an interview about a week after I applied. When I asked for more information about the position, he literally read off the description that was posted in their site. I don't think he really knew what the position was truly about.
They said they would contact me within 2-3 business days, but didn't. I ended up emailing the recruiter to ask on the 4th day. He said they went with someone who has more HR experience. But yet, the position is still available on their website. Huh...
Questions were easy and very basic. The recruiter did have some trouble trying to hear me. It may have been my phone, but it also could have been his...
After I was denied, he did ask if I was interested in any other position. After I did some research on other positions, I decided I didn't want to work 60+ hour weeks for only $11/$12 an hour. I like having a life.
