It was a phone interview that was pretty straight forward. They asked a lot of open-ended questions to get an idea if the job with legitimately for you. I didn't think it was very fair because I felt like there was no way I could really prepare for it.

Three team leaders ask you questions about your plan, your understanding of the position, your programming skills like SQL, and your research. All the questions focus on my resume, no very challenge questions, they seem did not expect too much from interns.
