After I filled out the application on their website, I received an email a couple days later from one of the people in their recruiting team. We scheduled a phone interview where they told me the position I applied for had been filled, but what other position was I looking at. When i told them we scheduled another interview and went from there. I never made it past the phone interviews. I contacted the recruiter what I could have done differently during the interview or if there was a problem with how my interview went. She informed me it was just a competitive position and they went with someone else...
