Interview
The interview process is pretty typical with two exceptions. First, they will go through the two potential paths that a new banker can take as far as his/her career is concerned. Second, they have you do a mock phone call to try and sell a product or service. It is meant to be a "failure", they're looking to see how to react to a tough situation.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.

What is a situation you found yourself in where you had to think independently.
3 rounds. First HR eventually a VP. All over the phone or video. Looking for outgoing sales people. They won’t say anything negative about the company. It seems very fake.

Super easy! They will hire anyone with a pulse. You will talk to the recruiter first, and then a series of 2-3 more people. When I interviewed they didn’t even send me to the regional, they just hired me.
