I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview was brief. I interviewed with a recruiter. It was a very laid back interview. The recruiter basically just wanted to get an idea of my current position and attributes, just the standard questioning. She did ask a couple of values that I hold most. She also explained the role that I was applying for in more detail. We had previously spoken on the phone in which she had provided a brief explanation. She did offer the position at the end of the interview and upon my accepting it, she provided more details on the final hiring process.
