I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rocket (Detroit, MI) in May 2015
Interview
it was an initial phone interview. The recruiter speaks super fast, like he's just reciting something he says every day. He also mumbles, and makes it so much harder to answer questions. It last for 20 minutes, with typical questions like: what do you know about quicken loan? What's the biggest challenges in your professional life? Why did you leave previous job? Etc. didn't get an on site, and didn't even bother to explain why I didn't make it.
It is a very Straightforward interview process from my experience. First a Phone Screen, then an interview with a few Senior Leaders of the team, then an interview with the Hiring Manager and the team.
