Interview by Phone, Interviewer very friendly. Very interested and inquisitive. Main objective? Did I do my homework. How can I benefit the organization. Am I a self starter. Do I want to be a part of something bigger than my self? I don't believe my responses were up to par as I did not receive an offer. However the interviewer was kind enough to critique my short-comings and assist me with improving my interview research and preparation techniques. Overall it was a great learning experience. I was disappointed in myself more than anything.

The interview process was very smooth! I went through about 4 phone interviews and all went well. The recruiters were very friendly! Very in-depth situational interview but mostly common interview questions.

It was an easy experience. I think you should all have no problem getting an internship here. Just show that you care. After the summer is over, they will likely offer you the ability to come back the following year to receive your licenses. Best of luck.
The interview was conducted over the phone and was pretty general behavioral questions. By using the star technique I was able to successful answer the questions. I was offered the job one week later.
