I applied to QL as a first job after graduation. The interview process was strange. In terms of new grads, they really only wanted to hire people who had interned with them, or hire new grads to be interns. So it felt like my interview was more her selling me on going in for an intern position then hoping to get hired, than to go straight to a full time position.

Applied online for the internship after visiting the HQ in Detroit. Process was not difficult and didn't take too long. Less than a week later I got a call from a recruiter. Asked a variety of questions and then a few days later got another call for a second interview.

Two phone screens, and a final phone interview with team leaders. All questions are based on how you can translate your previous experiences to the current position. Simple, easy, and fun.
